Vizone were asked by Severn Trent Utility Services (STUS) to programme manage their contract to outsource the front and back office services of Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. A leading FTSE 100 company, STUS is a leading supplier of water and wastewater treatment solutions. A member of the Severn Trent Plc group of companies, Severn Trent Services was formed in 1974 as a regional, state-owned water authority in the UK’s Midlands region. The company is responsible for water management and supply, and wastewater treatment and disposal, to millions of customer. Vizone were asked by STUS to:

Perform a business Healthcheck on the viability and deliverability of the JV programme.
Provide the programme management resources to deliver the JV programme and implement the Healthcheck findings.
Manage the risks and interdependencies that were involved with the programme.
Deliver the JV.
