Infraco BCV Ltd Case Study

Vizone were approached to provide asset management consultancy for integration of the Infraco BCV and Metronet asset proposals on the national asset register including a full review of working procedures, processes and operational effectiveness.  Infraco BCV Ltd / Metronet are the infrastructure management company now responsible for the Bakerloo, Central and Victoria lines of the London Underground.

The company undertakes the management is responsible for managing the trains, stations, track and signals on the Bakerloo, Central, Victoria and Waterloo & City lines of London Underground.  

To successfully meet the clients requirement Vizone delivered:

• A review of engineering standards, work procedures and processes, for efficacy, effectiveness and efficiency.
• A specification for the corporate asset management database, to integrate track, signals, rolling stock and station assets with work management processes and practices to optimise their asset management.
• The business cases for all future asset management systems needed to meet future business plans.
