About Vizone

Vizone believe that the best advice available to industry comes from those who have actually worked in industry.  We started out to break the mould of the big 5 external consultants (we hate the word consultant) and give honest, often blunt, advice to management teams facing many of the problems we faced when we were senior managers working in industry and have faced many times since on the many programmes we have successfully delivered. 

To our relief, we found it worked.  CEOs, finance directors, MDs and senior managers appreciated our candour, honesty and straight talk.  So much so, that they keep coming back for more – to this day we have only ever worked on recommendation.  Our business model relies upon us being successful and getting good recommendations, it is the only way we promote our business. 

The theme of success driving the business goes through our business ethos, if we believe we can deliver a programme we put our money where our mouth is and take it on a risk and reward basis.  We like to have ‘skin in the game’ for all of our assignments just as our clients do.  Vizone people are down to earth, respectful of our client’s employees and without exception, the best in their field.  Most importantly, we see it as a measure of success to pass on our knowledge to your people.

We started off in 2000 with the ethos of being an on-line business with minimal overheads, offices or support staff and to this day we remain the same, using modern technology to minimise the overheads that our clients pay for.  We do not have a bench of graduates, rather a small team of experienced people that enjoy working together in an environment where success is the only driver of the business.  We are proud to say that with Vizone "what you see is what you get.”

Q: Where’s your head office?
A: We haven’t got one – we work from your offices or our own homes.

Q: How many back office staff have you got?
A: None. 

Q: Where does your name come from?
A: Kevan saw it scrawled on a wall at Brighton railway station and liked it.  We’ve no idea what it means.

Q: Why are you so expensive?
A: You pay for what you get.  With Vizone you are getting the best people and there is a premium to pay for that.

Q: How do we know you will deliver what you say?
A: Because our preferred method of working is Risk & Reward in which we take on a portion of the risk of a project with the client. We wouldn’t do this if we didn’t think we could deliver.

Q. How do people hear of you?
A: By word of mouth and recommendation, we have never paid for advertising or promotion beyond this web site.
