not consultancy, who specialise in helping major organisations deliver complex business

We are not strategists (we leave that to our Big 5 competitors) but we will challenge
strategy if we believe it will bring success. Our focus is on practical solutions
to complex business change issues and, most importantly, delivery. Our people have
senior, often Board Level, experience in some of the world’s biggest companies.
We bring sector expertise with us to the table, from telecommunications through
to energy generation, utilities, retail, financial services and transport. And,
unlike our Big 5 competitors, we won’t overstay our welcome. We like
to work on finite projects, with a clear cut-off point. We’ve done big
companies and we don’t want to go back on a permanent basis.
